About Me
I’ve worked in mental health for over 10 years and offer an eclectic approach to therapy. Bringing curiosity and compassion to each session, I aim to help clients build a caring and healthy relationship with themselves. Common concerns brought to therapy include anxiety, depression, feeling stuck in old patterns, wanting to understand and resolve old coping strategies, and relationship problems. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and have years of experience helping people navigate and heal from their experiences.
If you are interested in learning more about your internal world, healing old wounds, need support getting through a difficult time or simply want to reconnect with yourself, therapy can help. Using the healing modalities of IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness practices, we can work together to identify and bring care to tender places.
