I offer individual, trauma informed therapy for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational concerns, life transitions, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, dealing with a strong internal critic, and emotional dysregulation.

Working together, we can build practical skills to regulate your nervous system, befriend your internal experience and build self-compassion, and tend to what needs healing.
