Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems is a non-pathologizing psychotherapy model that believes each of us is a system of parts. Have you ever had to make a difficult decision and thought, "A part of me wants one thing and this other part of me wants another?”

Through IFS, we can build relationships with our varied parts, learn about their roles and what they are trying to do for us and help them heal. By connecting with our true Self, we can cultivate more compassion, curiosity, calm, clarity, courage, confidence, creativity and connectedness.
